Key Account Manager – eCommerce (Consumer)

About the role

The Key Account Manager (eCommerce) will own and grow relationships with our most strategic online marketplaces and consumer e‑commerce partners. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will drive mutual business growth, negotiate contracts, and ensure a strong brand presence across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute data‑driven account plans to exceed sales, margin and market‑share targets.
• Identify new product opportunities, promotional tactics and digital marketing collaborations.
• Conduct regular business reviews, presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations.
• Negotiate annual contracts, pricing, and promotional calendars with account buyers.
• Monitor e‑commerce performance metrics such as conversion rate, traffic, inventory levels and return rate.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Logistics to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory.
• Ensure product listings are accurate, complete and optimized for the digital shelf.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams.
• Maintain market intelligence on competitive landscape, marketplace policies and emerging trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing key e‑commerce accounts.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and margin improvement.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
