About the role

Fortes Education is seeking a passionate Key Stage 1 Teacher to join Regent International School in Dubai, starting August 2026. The role focuses on delivering innovative, character‑building education aligned with the Positive Education (PosEd) philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging Key Stage 1 lessons that foster active learning and celebrate students' character strengths.
• Promote resilience, growth mindset, and meaningful relationships among pupils.
• Integrate school‑wide initiatives such as forest‑school experiences, hydroponic projects, STEAM activities, and AI‑enhanced teaching tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold the school’s ethos of inspiring, empowering, and enlightening students.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with experience teaching Key Stage 1 or equivalent primary level.
• Commitment to the Positive Education philosophy and character development.
• Ability to inspire and empower young learners in a multicultural environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
