Kids Club Intern

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and caring individual to join our Kids Club team at Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara. As a Kids Club Intern you will help create a safe, clean, and engaging environment where young guests can learn, play, and grow during their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and facilitating age‑appropriate activities, games, and educational programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all children in the Kids Club.
• Supervise children’s activities, ensuring high safety awareness at all times.
• Interact positively with children, parents, and guardians, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and monitor check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Support proper use and care of equipment, toys, and supplies.
• Promote a fun and inclusive atmosphere that reflects the multicultural environment of Abu Dhabi.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or accidents following established protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the Kids Club experience.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, caring, and able to work with children of various ages.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow emergency procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a busy environment.
