MEP Technician & Carpenter – Maintenance Role

About the role

MAS Prime Maintenance is expanding its team in Dubai and seeks skilled MEP Technicians and Carpenters to support the day‑to‑day maintenance of commercial and residential properties. The role involves diagnosing, repairing and maintaining building services and carpentry works to ensure a safe and functional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on air‑conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Carry out carpentry repairs, installations and adjustments as required.
• Diagnose faults, propose solutions and execute repairs independently.
• Collaborate with other technicians and site managers to prioritize tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required profile

• Previous experience with a maintenance company operating in the UAE.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
