Outcome Customer Engineer – SaaS Delivery

About the role

As an Outcome Customer Engineer (OCE) for SaaS Delivery, you will accelerate the adoption and consumption of Google Cloud SaaS solutions for enterprise customers. You will lead deployment planning, remove technical blockers, and ensure customers realize value quickly, directly influencing revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute deployment plans that transition scoped license agreements into production.
• Provide technical leadership to customers and partners, clearing obstacles that impede adoption.
• Collaborate with product and support teams to resolve technical issues and accelerate delivery.
• Drive incremental consumption of licenses by demonstrating the value of Google Cloud SaaS products.
• Engage with technical stakeholders and executive leaders to present solutions and influence decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with cloud‑native architecture in a customer‑facing or support role.
• Proven experience in deployment planning, orchestration, change management, and technical project management.
• Strong ability to present to and influence technical and executive audiences.
• Hands‑on experience with programming, debugging, and systems design.
