Partner Development Manager – MENAT GSI & Distribution

About the role

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Senior Partner Development Manager based in the UAE to drive strategic partnerships with System Integration partners across the MENAT region. You will build trusted relationships with C‑level executives, help partners develop AWS practices, and accelerate cloud adoption for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep relationships with C‑level leaders of selected system‑integration partners in the UAE.
• Create and execute business plans to increase AWS adoption and drive joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor, sharing industry insights and best practices to help partners deliver business value.
• Collaborate with AWS sales, marketing, product and operations teams to design transformation roadmaps and execute partner engagements.
• Prepare and present business reviews to senior internal and external leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of experience with core cloud technology services (compute, edge, hybrid, security, networking).
• 5+ years in go‑to‑market, business development, sales or consulting roles.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and manage cross‑functional programs.
