Product Manager

About the role

Nomia Ltd is seeking a Product Manager to lead the financial‑workflows pod of its AI‑powered procurement platform. You will own the vision and roadmap for invoicing, e‑invoicing compliance and payment experiences across global markets, working closely with finance, engineering and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define go‑to‑market and lifecycle strategy for invoicing and payment features.
• Research market trends, competitors and regulatory requirements for digital invoicing.
• Translate customer pain points into clear problem statements, personas and user stories.
• Produce functional requirements, PRDs and briefing documentation.
• Collaborate with UX designers using the formal design system to create intuitive interfaces.
• Prioritise the product backlog, size work with the Scrum Master and plan sprints.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA and release teams to ensure quality delivery and conduct UAT.
• Maintain release notes and documentation through deployment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• Minimum five years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or financial workflow products.
• Strong understanding of finance team processes, AP/AR systems and e‑invoicing standards.
