Program Manager / PMO Lead – Remote Part‑Time (70 $ /hr)

About the role

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI research lab to hire an experienced Program Manager/PMO Lead on a flexible, part‑time basis. You will work remotely, shaping AI‑generated business documents, spreadsheets and slide decks that support core enterprise workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, evaluate and refine AI‑generated program charter and scope documents.
• Maintain and improve RAID logs, resource capacity planning spreadsheets, and milestone tracking tools.
• Produce steering‑committee status decks, stage‑gate review packets and other executive‑level deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure AI outputs meet quality and compliance standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise programs, PMOs or cross‑functional implementation initiatives.
• Direct ownership of program charters, RAID logs and steering‑committee reporting.
• Proven ability to build robust capacity‑planning and milestone‑tracking spreadsheets that withstand executive scrutiny.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets and slide presentations with strong written communication.
