Receptionist – Front Desk for Pet Services

About the role

We are looking for a professional, emotionally intelligent Receptionist who loves animals to be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. You will manage the front‑desk flow across our grooming, boarding, daycare, training, transport, retail and veterinary services in a fast‑paced, animal‑centered environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets warmly, remembering preferences and histories to personalize each visit.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and in‑person inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm and coordinate appointments across all service lines.
• Facilitate communication between groomers, trainers, boarding staff, veterinary teams and clients.
• Maintain accurate client and pet records, filing and data entry.
• Process invoices, payments and receipts, ensuring transparent financial documentation.
• Keep the reception area clean and uphold service standards.
