About the role
We are seeking a professional Receptionist to manage the front‑desk operations of a Dubai‑based organization. The role involves greeting visitors, handling phone and email enquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office workflow.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and register visitors, notifying relevant staff of their arrival.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls and manage main email inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and professional reception area.
- Log and distribute incoming courier packages and mail.
- Assist with document archiving, data entry, and basic clerical tasks for administrative units.
Required profile
- Preference for Filipino, Sudanese, or Yemeni nationals.
- Prior front‑desk or customer‑service experience.
- Immediate availability and professional, presentable demeanor.
- Willingness to work a standard week with Saturday and Sunday off.
Required skills
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
