About the role
Provide and coordinate patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care in the NICU, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team according to clinical standards and legislation.
- Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies.
- Create a positive patient experience by fostering a conducive environment under nursing leadership guidance.
- Mentor, supervise and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with valid BLS and NRP certificates.
- At least two years of nursing experience in the home country; UAE experience is a plus.
- Basic Arabic language skills.
Required skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
