Retail Sales Associate – Russian Speaking

About the role

The Retail Sales Associate will be the face of Jaipur Rugs in the store, ensuring a premium client experience while driving sales. Fluency in Russian is required to serve Russian‑speaking customers effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent in‑store client experience, service, and sales, including visual merchandising.
• Maintain accurate accounting, financial data, and manpower records.
• Manage vendor relationships and keep detailed ledgers.
• Oversee logistics for rug and inventory movement, handling inward and outward challans in NAV.
• Handle incoming calls, follow up on important emails, and prepare pro‑forma invoices, price quotations, and presentations using MS Office.

Required profile

• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales or related field (MSc/MA desirable).
• Proven experience as a retail manager or in a similar managerial role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities with commercial awareness.
• Empathy, compassion, and alignment with the company’s social‑enterprise philosophy.
