About the role
We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales professional with strong market knowledge and established relationships with dealers and distributors in the UAE. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving retail sales and developing dealer and distributor networks.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage dealer and distributor relationships across the assigned market.
- Drive retail sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop new dealers/distributors and expand market coverage.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and market potential.
- Coordinate with dealers/distributors for product availability, pricing and sales support.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience in Retail Sales / Channel Sales.
- Strong network and established relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Experience in construction chemicals and building materials.
- Strong understanding of the UAE retail/channel market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
