Sales Consultant – Fitness & Martial Arts Club

About the role

Spartan, a well‑established fitness and martial arts club in Al Taawun, Sharjah, is looking for energetic Sales Consultants to drive membership growth. You will engage with prospective members, understand their goals and guide them to the right fitness solutions without pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to every enquiry within 5 minutes during your shift.
• Book, confirm and conduct personalised club tours.
• Close sales for memberships, personal‑training packages and fitness programmes.
• Generate at least two referrals for each sale.
• Perform daily field outreach in residential towers, offices and nearby retail areas.
• Follow up trial users within 24 hours and support renewals/reactivations.
• Build strong relationships with members and prospects.
• Log all interactions in the CRM on the same day.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of sales experience in the fitness, gym or martial‑arts sector.
• Proven track record selling gym memberships, personal‑training packages or fitness programmes.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; knowledge of Urdu, Hindi or Malayalam is a plus.
• Comfortable speaking with both male and female clients.
• Based in Sharjah or nearby and able to start on short notice.
• Target‑driven, energetic and confident without being pushy.
