Sales Director – Digital Sales Expansion

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing digital organization operating in Saudi Arabia to find a seasoned Sales Director who will lead the expansion of its digital sales footprint. The role reports directly to senior leadership and is responsible for shaping commercial strategy and delivering strong revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and structure a high‑performance sales team with clear KPIs and performance frameworks.
• Drive revenue targets through accurate forecasting, planning, and pipeline management.
• Optimize sales processes, pricing models, and go‑to‑market activities.
• Engage regularly in the field to stay aligned with market dynamics and opportunities.
• Manage P&L components related to sales performance and commercial operations.
• Implement coaching, capability‑building, and succession planning within the sales organization.
• Collaborate with product, strategy, and operations teams to support overall business objectives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of leadership experience in digital platforms, marketplaces, SaaS, tech‑enabled commercial sales, or subscription‑based models.
• Proven track record of scaling sales teams and consistently achieving aggressive revenue targets.
• Strong command of KPIs, analytics, forecasting, and commercial decision‑making.
• Hands‑on, field‑oriented leader with a coaching mindset.
• Ability to manage complexity, lead through change, and thrive in fast‑paced environments.
