About the role
The Sales Executive for Certified Pre‑Owned Units drives unit sales while maintaining high gross margins and promoting finance, insurance, trade‑ins and accessories. The role is pivotal in delivering excellent customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores throughout the sales journey.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly unit sale targets and retain gross margins to support branch profitability.
- Meet monthly Finance & Insurance, trade‑in and Dealer Installed Options sales targets.
- Convert leads from telephone, web and walk‑ins with a minimum 25% conversion rate.
- Capture and manage customer data in the C4C system for accurate follow‑up.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree minimum.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong negotiation and upselling abilities.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with data‑management tools.
