Sales Executive - Corporate Training Solutions

About the role

A growing company specializing in professional training and development solutions is looking for a Sales Executive resident in the UAE, based in Dubai. The role is full time, morning shift, and focuses on identifying corporate clients, generating new business and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential corporate clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Build, develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs through listening and questioning.
• Present training solutions professionally, highlighting their business value.
• Prepare proposals, follow up on opportunities, manage the sales pipeline and handle objections.
• Negotiate effectively and close sales, while maintaining existing accounts and looking for repeat business.
• Follow up on payments and coordinate collections when required.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and keep accurate sales activity records.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B services in the UAE.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Experience in corporate training and education is an advantage.
