Sales Executive – Lubricants, Batteries & Automotive Spare Parts

About the role

Al Rostamani Group is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth in lubricants, batteries and automotive spare parts. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers across commercial and industrial sectors, ensuring sales targets are met while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities, market trends and potential customers.
• Visit prospective clients to present product samples, catalogs and pricing information.
• Prepare and respond to proposals, including RFPs, tailored to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand needs and provide sales support.
• Negotiate prices and terms within company guidelines and secure orders.
• Open new customer accounts and manage administrative requirements.
• Expand dealer network and increase volume throughput.
• Provide customers with delivery schedules, service contracts and warranty details.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and report status regularly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within automotive or industrial products.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to travel regularly within the designated area.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a results‑driven attitude.
