Sales Graduate – Hybrid Role

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a motivated Sales Graduate to join its hybrid team in Dubai. You will work on average two days per week from the HPE office, supporting field sales, channel partners, and customers to drive sales opportunities to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with field sales teams, channel partners and end customers to move sales opportunities to closure.
• Develop sales strategy and relationships for assigned accounts, territory or industry area.
• Prepare configurations, offers, manage contracts and oversee roll‑out as part of project management.
• Support sub‑accounts of major accounts to extend market coverage.
• Create new sales activities and campaigns to build an incremental sales funnel.

Required profile

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within the last 12 months in business, management, economics or related field.
• Up to 12 months of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in sales and passion for technology.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels and discuss solutions.
