Sales Supervisor – 5 Gallon Bottles

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead field sales operations for Bisleri’s bottled water portfolio, covering both 5‑gallon bottles and PET packs. You will ensure distribution efficiency, achieve sales targets, and uphold brand standards across residential, HORECA and retail channels in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support sales representatives and merchandisers across D2C, B2B and retail segments.
• Monitor daily operations, deliveries and product placement in households, offices, construction sites and stores.
• Build and maintain client relationships across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
• Track sales performance, identify new business opportunities and share competitor insights with Sales Managers.
• Ensure on‑shelf visibility, planogram compliance and promotional execution in retail outlets.
• Train sales staff on product knowledge, customer engagement and route planning best practices.
• Coordinate with logistics and distribution partners to guarantee stock availability and route efficiency.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with trade, health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in bottled water or FMCG sales within the UAE market.
• Proven ability to lead sales teams and deliver results across multiple locations.
• In‑depth knowledge of the consumer and retail landscape in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
• Fluent in English; Arabic and Hindi are a plus.
• Experience with CRM tools and merchandising software is preferred.
