Senior Biopharmaceutical Representative – Hematology/Oncology

About the role

Amgen is seeking a senior biopharmaceutical representative to promote its hematology/oncology portfolio in the UAE. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver critical product messages and support patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement territory plans and key account strategies in collaboration with your manager.
• Partner with marketing, medical affairs, and value‑access teams to align on account objectives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer information in the CRM system and report activity regularly.
• Manage expense budget in line with plan priorities and ensure timely follow‑up on customer commitments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (life sciences or related field preferred).
• Proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in hematology/oncology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self‑accountable, time‑management oriented and able to meet established goals.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
