Senior Construction Superintendent – Mechanical

About the role

The Senior Construction Superintendent – Mechanical will lead construction supervision, coordination and administration for EPC projects, ensuring timely work order completion and adherence to client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate construction supervision, management and coordination for FEED/EPC contracts, ensuring schedule compliance.
• Review and provide input on construction/installation plans, procedures and EPC package requirements.
• Supervise EPC contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with ADNOC Offshore policies for safety, quality and schedule.
• Identify construction slippage, recommend corrective actions, and support constructability reviews.
• Coordinate fabrication works, material deliveries, and interface with procurement, project controls and ADNOC Offshore operations.
• Participate in HSE improvement activities and change management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical.
• Minimum 15 years of oil and gas industry experience, with at least 5 years in a similar senior construction role.
• Extensive PMC experience on EPC offshore brownfield projects is highly preferable.
