About the role
Join KBR’s Offshore Project Management Consultancy team in Abu Dhabi as a Senior Construction Supervisor (E&I) on a 6‑week on / 3‑week off rotation. You will lead electrical and instrumentation construction and fabrication activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings and quality standards while supporting KBR’s mission‑forward science, technology and engineering solutions for sustainable asset life‑cycle management.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate E&I construction and fabrication activities at the yard, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and actively promote a strong safety culture across all activities.
- Guarantee that all construction activities meet project quality and compliance requirements.
Required profile
- Diploma in Engineering (minimum requirement).
- 12‑15 years of proven experience in Construction – E&I within the oil & gas industry.
- Mandatory offshore experience.
