Senior Infrastructure Specialist – UAE National

About the role

Dicetek LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Specialist to design, implement and support its enterprise IT environment. The role ensures that servers, storage, virtualization and cloud platforms are highly available, secure and performant.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage enterprise servers, storage, virtualization and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS).
• Maintain high availability, performance, security and reliability of all infrastructure components.
• Lead upgrade, migration and transformation projects across the data centre and cloud.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, backup and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot issues proactively and optimise performance.
• Develop and maintain standards, documentation, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, network, application and cloud teams for seamless operations.
• Manage vendors and third‑party providers, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Proven experience with enterprise servers, storage, virtualization and cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure security best practices.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, VMware, AWS/Azure, ITIL) are a plus.
• Experience in large‑scale or healthcare environments is advantageous.
