Senior Manager - Bidding And Proposal

About the role
Lead the end‑to‑end bid and proposal process for EDGE in Dubai, ensuring timely, compliant and competitive submissions while coordinating cross‑functional teams to maximise win probability.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification through proposal submission and hand‑over.
- Develop bid strategies, schedules and governance, securing internal approvals.
- Coordinate Business Development, Finance, Contracts, Procurement, PMO and Engineering to deliver winning proposals.
- Analyse RFPs and customer requirements to create competitive, compliant bids.
- Lead bid reviews, risk management, pricing coordination and stakeholder engagement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in bid/proposal management, preferably in Aerospace & Defence.
- APMP or Shipley certification is an advantage.
