About the role
The Senior Officer – Customer Service will be the first point of contact for visitors at Al Ghurair’s Dubai location. The role involves greeting customers, guiding them through queries and processing transactions while adhering to RTA guidelines. You will ensure a smooth and efficient service experience for a diverse clientele.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers entering the service area.
- Clarify and address customer queries according to their requests.
- Process transactions in line with RTA guidelines and maintain related KPIs.
- Issue tokens for the queue management system and manage waiting times, aiming for 80% of customers to wait less than 10 minutes.
- Prevent and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Required profile
- Ability to handle customers efficiently during peak hours.
- Experience dealing with angry or dissatisfied customers.
- Skill in directing customers with incomplete documents to ensure accurate assistance.
- Comfort working with customers of any nationality.
