About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our MEP projects team in Dubai. The role involves developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and supporting the delivery of complex construction programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, update, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare baseline, recovery, and revised/mitigation programmes.
- Track critical path, float, delays and assess schedule impacts.
- Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, consultants and subcontractors.
- Analyse delays and support preparation of Extension of Time and delay claims.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
- 8–12 years of planning experience, preferably on MEP, fit‑out or building services projects.
- Strong knowledge of baseline programmes, critical path analysis and earned value management.
- UAE/GCC project experience is highly preferred.
