Senior Sales Engineer – HVAC

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to drive our HVAC and district‑cooling business in Dubai. The successful candidate will combine deep technical knowledge of mechanical systems with proven sales expertise to win new projects and grow existing accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, pursue and close high‑value HVAC and district‑cooling contracts across the UAE.
- Develop and present technically accurate proposals and cost estimates to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless hand‑over from sales to delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic sales plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in HVAC services.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Prior experience with regional HVAC firms such as Petra or Izzat Marji is preferred.
- Valid Jordanian driving licence.
