Senior Sales Executive ELV & ICT

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive – ELV & ICT will drive revenue from after‑sales services such as Annual Maintenance Contracts, system upgrades, retrofits and other lifecycle services across ELV and ICT solutions. The role requires deep technical knowledge of ELV/ICT systems combined with strong sales and relationship‑building skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve service revenue, gross margin and order intake targets across commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education and government sectors.
• Manage the AMC renewal pipeline, expand contract scope, and improve customer retention through proactive relationship management.
• Prepare technically and commercially competitive proposals for maintenance agreements, system upgrades, retrofits, spare parts and software licences.
• Identify service opportunities within the installed base, conduct site surveys and translate customer needs into viable service solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records, forecast sales pipelines and provide regular reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, IT or a related technical discipline.
• 5‑6 years of sales experience focused on ELV and/or ICT after‑sales services, with proven success selling AMCs, upgrades and retrofits in the UAE market.
• Established relationships with end‑users, facility‑management firms, property owners and government entities in the region.
