Store Manager – Luxury Fashion

About the role

The Store Manager will lead a luxury fashion outlet within Majid Al Futtaim’s Lifestyle portfolio. You will be accountable for achieving sales targets, driving profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while upholding brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the highest level of customer service is consistently delivered by the entire store team.
• Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract new customers, increase foot traffic, and boost profitability.
• Monitor stock levels, analyse best‑selling and slow‑moving items, and create action plans to optimise sales.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, health & safety, security and record‑keeping standards.
• Coach, train and mentor staff to enhance product knowledge and service quality.
• Oversee cash intake, cash handling, stockroom operations and stock‑take administration.
• Provide analytical feedback to Operations, Buying and Planning on product performance, pricing and competitive activity.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of retail experience with a proven managerial background.
• Demonstrated record of maximizing business performance and meeting sales targets.
• Strong understanding of key customer segments and ability to guide teams accordingly.
