Store Manager – Luxury Watches & Jewelry

About the role

Minimalist.ae, a Dubai-founded brand of watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes and leather goods, is hiring a Store Manager to oversee the operations and teams of one of its stores across the UAE. The manager works directly with customers and is responsible for sales results, stock control, loss prevention, team management and a consistent luxury service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily store operations, including opening and closing, staffing and floor supervision
• Own daily, weekly and monthly sales results and actively manage the sales floor to drive conversion, ATV and UPT
• Ensure stock availability, correct pricing and accurate stock handling, and control stock movement, counts and documentation
• Maintain store standards, visual merchandising and presentation
• Enforce strong loss prevention practices and investigate and report stock discrepancies
• Lead customer experience on the floor, handle VIP clients and complex situations, and follow up on customer feedback
• Manage the team daily, including scheduling, task allocation, priorities and performance check-ins
• Support onboarding, product updates, selling guidelines and service standards, and flag training needs to the Retail Manager

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience managing retail stores in the UAE in luxury, watches or jewelry
• Ideally a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or similar
• Ideally a certification in sales, management or project management from an accredited provider
• Outstanding communication skills in English and Arabic
