Store Manager – Retail & Fashion

About the role

The Store Manager will lead a fashion retail outlet in the United Arab Emirates, driving sales growth, profitability and an excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for all store operations, visual merchandising, and the development of a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and retain store managers and associates, ensuring succession planning.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and daily briefings to communicate performance, goals and new procedures.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, regularly coaching the team and monitoring satisfaction.
• Implement visual merchandising directives, promotions and store cleanliness.
• Achieve profitability targets for sales, payroll, shrinkage and conversion.
• Analyse reports and use data to create strategies that maximise store sales.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion.
• Proven ability to lead by example, train staff and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong focus on customer experience and sales performance.
• Excellent communication skills in business English.
