About the role
DEOW International is urgently seeking an experienced Supermarket Manager to join a retail operation in Abu Dhabi. The role involves leading store teams, ensuring excellent customer service, and overseeing daily supermarket operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the supermarket to ensure smooth business performance.
- Supervise and lead store staff while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, merchandising, and stock replenishment activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
- Support sales growth by maintaining an organized and efficient retail environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Store Supervisor (mandatory).
- Supermarket or retail management experience.
- Strong team management and operational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory capabilities.
- Ability to manage daily supermarket operations effectively.
