Team Manager – Luxury Fashion & Jewellery (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Team Manager to lead our luxury fashion, watches and jewellery boutique in Abu Dhabi. You will inspire the sales team, ensure an exceptional client experience, and drive performance in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets while upholding luxury service standards.
• Deliver a personalized, memorable experience for every client, focusing on high‑net‑worth and VIP customers.
• Manage daily store operations including stock control, visual merchandising, and adherence to store standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic decision‑making.
• Oversee CRM initiatives, clienteling activities and long‑term relationship building.
• Handle challenging situations with agility, ensuring efficiency and service excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in luxury fashion, watches or jewellery retail.
• Charismatic, proactive leader with a strong commercial mindset.
• Deep understanding of luxury clienteling, CRM strategies and brand storytelling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage high‑net‑worth clientele.
• Agile, adaptable and continuously seeking opportunities to improve store performance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and KPI monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of stock management and visual merchandising.
• Ability to analyse sales data and produce actionable reports.
