UAE National Teacher Train-to-Hire Programme

About the role

The Al‑Futtaim Education Foundation offers a fully‑funded Train‑to‑Hire Programme for UAE nationals who wish to start a teaching career in one of Dubai's leading international schools. Participants will earn a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Birmingham while gaining hands‑on classroom experience.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and co‑teach alongside experienced educators on‑site.
• Plan, deliver and assess lessons with increasing independence.
• Communicate regularly with parents and track student progress.
• Take lead teaching responsibilities as competence grows.

Required profile

• UAE national graduate from any bachelor's discipline.
• Strong passion for education and commitment to a teaching career.
• Ability to demonstrate suitability for the programme through a well‑crafted CV.
