About the role

Kavak, an e-commerce platform for buying and selling pre-owned vehicles, is hiring a Used Car Buyer Closer in Dubai. The role covers inspecting vehicles, closing deals from customer appointment leads and supporting the Retail Sales team in closing trade-in deals.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and close deals from customer appointment leads
• Support the Retail Sales team in closing trade-in deals
• Sourcing quality used cars from the market through online and direct channels
• Achieve overall purchase units and gross profit
• Develop new business channels for sourcing from all markets and create opportunities to import and export used cars
• Manage dealer enrolment and engagement in the Kavak Auction platform
• Update market intelligence on pricing and stock availability of new and used cars
• Ensure 100% compliance with SOPs and adherence to all procedures

Required profile

• University, diploma or college graduate, or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in a relevant position
• Experience in the UAE/GCC region is preferred

• Data analysis, testing and piloting, and process optimization
• Ability to work with data teams
