VP Commercial and Partnerships - Entertainment and Destinations

About the role

A leading entertainment and leisure group that owns and operates theme parks, attractions, cinemas, retail destinations and family entertainment venues across the region is looking for a VP Commercial and Partnerships. The role develops and executes the commercial strategy across assigned assets and markets, leads B2B, corporate, trade and partnership sales, and works closely with marketing and revenue management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy across assets and markets, and lead sales operations including B2B, corporate, trade and partnership sales
• Drive sales plans, KPIs and performance management, and set up commercial governance, dashboards and pipeline management
• Turn corporate goals into commercial initiatives, identify new revenue opportunities and lead negotiations for sponsorships, partnerships and large agreements
• Work with marketing on campaign alignment and with revenue management on pricing and demand insights
• Lead commercial performance measurement, forecasting accuracy and agreement compliance reviews, and support annual business planning and business cases
• Lead and mentor commercial and sales teams across business units and build capability in enterprise selling and partnership management

Required profile

• 12-15+ years of progressive experience in commercial leadership roles
• Strong background in sales strategy, partnerships, business development and revenue growth
• Experience in entertainment, theme parks, hospitality or media, in diversified multi-asset businesses
• Advanced negotiation skills and strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership
