Waiter – Hospitality Service at Accor

About the role

Join Accor’s vibrant hospitality team as a Waiter, delivering exceptional service to guests in a dynamic restaurant environment. You will be the face of the outlet, ensuring every dining experience meets the brand’s high standards of quality and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain LQA service standards and follow daily reports, VIP updates, and shift schedules.
• Present menus, describe specials, and answer guest queries about food and beverage items.
• Serve, clear, and reset tables using appropriate service ware while maintaining a clean and orderly restaurant.
• Operate the POS system to process orders, print checks, and complete cash‑out procedures.
• Prepare specialty coffees, teas, and both non‑alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.
• Handle cash and credit‑card transactions according to accounting guidelines.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address issues promptly, and report resolutions to supervisors.
• Ensure work stations are stocked, equipment is maintained, and safety, sanitation, HACCP, and hygiene policies are followed.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods.
• Ability to communicate politely and concisely with guests.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward service quality.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
