About the role
As a Welcome Desk Agent at W Hotels, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable check‑in and check‑out experience. You will act as a Guest Experience Expert, delivering a range of services that guide guests throughout their stay and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest services, from check‑in/check‑out to local area recommendations.
- Process operational tasks, address guest requests, complete reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Uphold company policies, maintain confidentiality, protect assets, and ensure quality standards.
- Assist guests with inquiries about local attractions and provide personalized recommendations.
- Move throughout the property handling objects up to 10 lb while maintaining a professional appearance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
