Senior Product Engineer Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant to lead end‑to‑end Finacle core‑banking implementations in Dubai. The role bridges business requirements with technical execution, ensuring seamless configuration, customization, and integration of Finacle modules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional design, gap analysis and configuration of Finacle modules such as CASA, TD and Loans.
• Develop custom solutions using Finacle Scripting and PL/SQL to meet specific banking needs.
• Manage API integrations, batch job scheduling, monitoring and menu customisation.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee delivery milestones, support UAT, troubleshoot issues and provide post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of techno‑functional experience with Finacle.
• Proven ability to lead full lifecycle implementations and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering quality solutions.
