Techno-Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

About the role

We are looking for a Techno‑Functional Consultant to implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for our clients in Dubai. The role blends business process expertise with hands‑on technical development to deliver end‑to‑end ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements and translate them into functional design documents.
• Configure core modules such as Finance, Sales & Marketing, Purchase, Inventory, Warehouse and optionally Manufacturing.
• Lead conference‑room pilots, user acceptance testing and client training sessions.
• Provide post‑implementation support, issue resolution and create user manuals.
• Develop customisations using AL language, build extensions, reports and integrations.
• Implement API integrations with third‑party systems and manage data migration using configuration packages.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimise performance and collaborate on deployments and upgrades.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of hands‑on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, sales, purchasing and inventory.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and translate requirements into technical designs.
