Advisory Consultant (Network Contractor)

About the role

Foreground LLC is building a curated network of independent advisory consultants to engage on a project‑by‑project basis across the GCC and MENA region. As a network member you will be approached when a client mandate aligns with your expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver HR strategy, organizational design, workforce planning and related advisory services for client projects.
• Provide policy development, performance management, employee engagement, change management and compensation design support.
• Conduct HR due diligence for mergers, acquisitions and carve‑outs, and advise on Emiratisation and nationalisation strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in HR advisory, organizational effectiveness or people consulting.
• Proven experience working with GCC or MENA clients and understanding of regional regulatory and cultural contexts.
• Demonstrated ability to lead client‑facing advisory engagements and present to C‑suite or board audiences.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.

• Ability to translate strategic intent into actionable frameworks, tools and implementation road‑maps.
