Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing & Campaigns

About the role

The university is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead its digital marketing and campaign initiatives. Reporting to senior marketing leadership, you will shape and execute strategies that attract prospective students, parents, alumni and other key audiences while reinforcing the institution’s brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with recruitment and brand goals.
• Identify and pilot innovative tools, platforms and AI‑driven approaches to improve performance and engagement.
• Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns across the recruitment cycle, managing calendars and budgets.
• Manage paid media on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and display networks, applying audience segmentation, remarketing and lead‑nurturing tactics.
• Oversee website and digital property performance, collaborating with content, design and development teams to enhance user experience, SEO, SEM and conversion pathways.
• Define KPIs, analyse data with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio and CRM systems, and produce regular performance dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Recruitment, Admissions, Academic Schools, Events, Communications) and external agencies, providing digital expertise and guidance.
