About the role
The Bellman supports guests and hotel operations in the lobby and outlets, delivering messages, packages and performing errands to ensure a seamless guest experience at Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Waterfront.
Key responsibilities
- Page guests and patrons in the hotel lobby and outlets as needed.
- Deliver messages and packages to and from guest rooms and various hotel departments.
- Perform errands for guests as assigned by the Chief Concierge.
- Assist in rooming guests as directed by the reception desk.
- Process newspaper requirements for guests, hotel outlets, and departments.
- Man the Concierge counter at midnight, safeguarding concierge materials and stored guest property.
