Brand and Customer Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative marketer who can turn customer insight into fresh ideas, distinctive positioning and campaigns that bring our flowers to life around the world. You will combine imagination with practical execution and help shape how customers discover, understand and experience Florius.

Key responsibilities

• Build a strong understanding of our customers, markets, cultures and commercial opportunities.
• Turn customer and market insight into meaningful segments, positioning, value propositions and messaging.
• Develop campaign and product‑launch concepts and translate them into focused plans, briefs and coordinated activity.
• Shape the customer journey and strengthen communication across touchpoints while safeguarding a consistent Florius brand.
• Work with Creative, Sales, Operations, farms and external partners to deliver ideas hands‑on and improve them through feedback and results.

Required profile

• A genuinely creative thinker who enjoys developing brands, product stories and campaign ideas from a blank page.
• Curiosity about customers, cultures and markets with the judgement to adapt communication for different audiences.
• The ability to think strategically while remaining practical and willing to execute.
• Strong storytelling, writing, presentation and communication skills.
• Initiative, openness to feedback and flexibility to support colleagues and move between projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva, PowerPoint, Word and common digital workplace tools.
• Strong written and spoken English; another European language is an advantage.
