Cafe Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to lead daily cafe operations and company events in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strict food safety and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily café operations, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, schedule, and supervise the team.
• Achieve sales and profitability targets while controlling labor costs, inventory, and wastage.
• Monitor cash handling, POS transactions, stock management, and operational reports.
• Ensure strict hygiene, grooming, food safety, and health and safety compliance.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Plan and manage company events, catering, pop‑ups, and off‑site operations.
• Maintain company assets, records, and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant F&B or hospitality experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of sales, cost control, inventory, cash handling, and food safety.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred; event management experience is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varied shifts.
