About the role
The Central Member Experience Agent is the first point of contact for FitnGlam members and prospects, delivering exceptional service and supporting members throughout their membership journey.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and member enquiries, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
- Achieve targets and service level agreements such as first‑response and resolution times, and monthly collection goals.
- Maintain ownership of calls throughout their lifecycle, including follow‑ups with escalation teams.
- Provide product knowledge, recommend appropriate solutions, and book club services via interaction platforms.
- Identify customer needs, resolve complaints, and maintain accurate records.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in contact/call‑center operations.
- 3+ years in a customer service role.
- Knowledge of the fitness industry is advantageous.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, customer‑centric attitude with the ability to multitask.
