Civil Engineer – Site Supervision

About the role

Archpix Engineering Consultants LLC is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to lead site supervision activities on villa projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing construction works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and quality standards, and coordinating with contractors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor workmanship, construction quality, and overall project progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on technical and quality‑related issues.
• Prepare site reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Ensure all construction works comply with consultant requirements and applicable standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 3–5 years of UAE site supervision experience, preferably in an engineering consultancy and villa projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Excellent coordination, communication, reporting, and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on consultant compliance.
