Construction Superintendent – Structural Projects

About the role
A Construction Superintendent (Structure) will oversee the structural components of construction projects in Abu Dhabi, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and compliance with specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Manage site teams and coordinate subcontractors for structural works.
- Plan and monitor work processes to meet project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Resolve technical issues on‑site and supervise fabrication activities for offshore projects.
Required profile
- Engineering degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 18 years of experience, including at least 10 years in the oil and gas industry.
- Extensive experience in structural construction and site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and construction processes.
- Ability to manage teams and interact with subcontractors.
- ADNOC experience is an advantage.
