About the role
This part-time Content Strategy Specialist role is a hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. The specialist will design and refine content strategies across digital channels to support brand, marketing, and organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Plan content calendars and define key messages and target audiences.
- Align content initiatives with broader communication and marketing plans.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and oversee content production and publishing workflows.
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize content effectiveness.
- Maintain content governance standards, ensuring consistency of voice and tone.
Required profile
- Strong content strategy and management experience.
- Excellent web content writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools and basic SEO principles.
- Experience working in hybrid environments with strong organizational abilities.
- Relevant education in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or equivalent professional experience.
